1. Ujjwala Scheme

During the election campaign, the BJP had talked a lot about the Prime Minister Ujjwala scheme.  Under this scheme, gas connections were distributed free of cost to a large number of poor families.  The biggest benefit was from the poor mothers and sisters who were forced to cook in smoke.  The scheme was launched by PM Modi in Ballia on 1 May 2016.  Under this, 7 crore LPG connections have been distributed to the families living below the poverty line.

 2. Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana

It is a plan to give a monthly pension of Rs 3000 to workers in the unorganized sector up to the age of 40 years after the age of 60.  The aim is to provide pension to the unorganized sector workers with monthly income up to Rs 15,000.  10 crore workers are expected to join the scheme in the next five years.  Under this, workers have to deposit a very small amount in the pension scheme every month.  The government will contribute the same amount.

 3. PM Kisan Samman Nidhi

Small and marginal farmer families (who will have land up to 2 hectares) will get the benefit of this scheme.  For the next five years, the government will give 6 thousand rupees annually to the farmer families under this scheme.  The farmers had also started getting installments before the election.  The government says that with its help, farmers will be able to meet fertilizer, seed, water and other expenses in preparing their crops.  However, it was later announced that all farmers would be given this financial help.

 4. Ayushman India

It is a health insurance scheme launched on 23 September 2018.  Under this, 10 lakh poor patients have been benefited so far and it is believed that this scheme proved to be a game changer in the elections.  It is directly benefiting the poor.  50 crore Indians are also getting health insurance of Rs 5 lakh annually in cancer and heart related diseases.  According to the census, 8.03 crore families in rural areas and 2.33 crore families in urban areas will come under the purview of Ayushman Bharat Scheme.

 5. Electricity in villages

The Modi government has exerted full power to provide electricity to every home in remote villages.  This led to his image as a government thinking for the poor and the deprived.  The government also publicized that even after so many years of independence, electricity was not reached in hundreds of homes in the country, which was delivered.

 6. Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law

This can be seen as a major success of the central government.  In view of the initial success of this law, the government has added extensive provisions to it.  Under this, efforts are made to repay the loan within the stipulated time from the defaulting defaulters.

 7. Sanitation and Toilets

Under Swachh Bharat Mission, more than 9.2 crore toilets have been built across the country since 2014.  This biggest campaign of its kind in the world benefited 50 crore families and improved their standard of living.  This scheme stopped the mothers and sisters from going to the open defecation, which led to better opinion of the people towards the government.

Former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi once said that 100 paisa sent from the center reaches 15 paise by reaching the poor.  In such a situation, to eliminate the role of middleman, the Modi government started a scheme to transfer the subsidy directly to the accounts of the beneficiaries.

Work was done on fast forwarding of roads, highways and metro networks.  According to a report, 12 km of highway was constructed in 2013-14 which increased to 27 km per day in 2017-18.

 10. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana

It is planned to provide houses to the poor people living in the cities as per their purchasing power.  Under this, houses have to be provided to all by 2022.  The government aims to construct over 20 lakh houses.  Under PMAY, interest subsidy on home loan can be availed to build or buy the first house.  People of lower income group can avail Rs 2.60 lakh on home loan interest.  The government has extended it till March 2020.

Rural Panchayati Causes 22 Kama Lions in Village

Rural Panchayati Causes 22 Kama Lions in Village

There are many such schemes, about which neither the chief tells the villagers nor the people come to know about them.  For example, in the village, pasture for animals is not available in any gram panchayat.

To rejuvenate the villages, the central and state governments give lakhs of crores of rupees to each gram panchayat every year.  With these funds, there should be toilets, drainage, water, cleanliness, concrete construction.  It is also the job of the head to have irrigation facility in the village.  The water of your house does not flow on the road, it is also the work of the panchayat, but most people do not know about it.

22 Digital Service Gujarat

The government gives millions of crores of rupees to a gram panchayat every year.  Many officials, including the village head and the panchayat secretary, spend that fund in development work.  If you have information, you will not only be able to ask the head in the meeting, but can also ask the government through RTI.  The village connection is constantly reporting about panchayats.  In this panchayat week, we tried to know from the people whether they know how much Pradhan works, there was no response from hundreds of villagers.

Vimla Devi of Bhikhnapur village of Shivgarh block in Pratapgarh district says, "Neither the village headman tells us anything and someone else, the Pradhan changes in five years, but nothing happens for the poor like us. Pradhan knows  Only tells people.

On the other hand, Rakesh Dubey of Baharan village of Faizabad district says, "There are many schemes in the Gram Panchayat, which neither the chief villagers nor the people know about them. Like the animals in the village  The pasture is not available in any gram panchayat. There are many other schemes, which people are not aware of. "

Information about downloading Aadhaar card

 Information about downloading Aadhaar card

Hearing the legality of Aadhaar, the Supreme Court gave its verdict on 26 September.  During this, the court said that the premise is constitutionally correct and can be applied with some changes.  The court has abolished the requirement of Aadhaar for taking SIM, for admission, for opening bank accounts.  The Aadhaar project, which began with the formation of the Unique Identification Authority of India in 2009, has been in dispute since the beginning.  On which now a bench of five judges of the Supreme Court ruled.

 1) Let's look at the journey of Aadhaar so far

On January 28, 2009, the Planning Commission issued a notification for the formation of a UIDAI to produce a unique number identity card.  Infosys founder Nandan Nilekani was made its chairman.

In September 2010, the government experimentally launched the Aadhaar scheme in some rural areas of Maharashtra.  In December, the government introduced the National Identification Authority of India Bill 2010 in Parliament.  Subsequently, it was referred to the Standing Committee on Financial Affairs to prepare a report on the Bill.

By September 2011, 100 million people had Aadhaar cards made.  In December 2011, the Standing Committee presented its report in Parliament.  In this report, the committee questioned the UIDAI bill.  The committee had asked that how will the privacy and sensitive information of the people be taken care of under this project?

On 7 February 2012, UIDAI started online verification of Aadhaar.  Subsequently, on 26 November, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh launched the Direct Benefit Transfer Scheme for Aadhaar-linked accounts.  On November 30, 2012, Karnataka High Court retired Judge KS Puttaswamy filed a PIL in the court.  Some other people also reached the court against Aadhaar.  Judge KS Puttaswamy argued in the court that taking biometric data for Aadhaar is a violation of people's privacy.

On 1 January 2013, the Aadhaar project was implemented in 51 districts of the country.  On 23 September, the Supreme Court said that some departments have issued circulars mandating Aadhaar.  Despite this, people who do not make Aadhaar cards should not suffer any loss due to this.  On 9 October, the National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) introduced the Aadhaar based payment system.

In March 2014, UIDAI chairman Nilekani resigned from his post.  After the formation of the new government, in June 2014, the IT department convened a meeting of state secretaries to get feedback on the Aadhaar project.  After this, on 5 July, Prime Minister Modi announced to continue the Aadhaar project.  Meanwhile, on March 24, while hearing the Aadhaar project, the Supreme Court said in its judgment that in the absence of an Aadhaar number, a person will not be denied any facility to which he is entitled in other conditions.  Government departments should amend their forms and circulars to show that Aadhaar is not mandatory.

In March 2015, the government launched the Aadhaar-linked DigiLocker service.  Under this service, people can save a scan copy of their document on Clyde.  On March 16, 2015, the Supreme Court said that we hope that the Central Government and the State Governments will follow the court order dated 23 September 2013.  On August 11, 2015, the Supreme Court limited the requirement of Aadhaar to only subsidy of LPG and ration.  During this time, the court said that the Government of India should campaign extensively in radio, TV and print media that it is not mandatory for a citizen to get an Aadhaar card made.

On March 3, the government introduced the Aadhaar bill in the Lok Sabha as a money bill.  The Lok Sabha passed the bill on 11 March.  The Aadhaar bill became law after the President approved it.  On May 10, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh reached the court challenging the passage of the bill as a finance bill.  On September 14, the court found it wrong to mandate Aadhaar for scholarship.

On 5 January, the court said that it is not right to give the responsibility of collecting data to the private company.  On 15 December, the base deadline was changed to 31 March 2018.  In March 2017, the government introduced a new section 139-AA in the Income Tax Act and made Aadhaar mandatory for filing income tax returns along with PAN card.

On January 17, a 5-judge bench began hearing the Aadhaar case.  On March 7, the bench said that Aadhaar may not be mandatory for NEET and other examinations.  On 10 May 2018, the Supreme Court reserved judgment on the case.  Which was narrated on 26 September

Sections 378 to section 462 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 pertain to offenses against property.  If any other person causes any kind of disturbance, blockage in the property of another, then there is a provision in the Indian Penal Code for this.

Sections 378 to section 462 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 pertain to offenses against property.  In society, a person wants to use his property free and without hindrance.  He does not like any external interference or obstruction in his property.  If any other person causes any kind of disturbance, blockage in the property of another, then there is a provision for punishment in the Indian Penal Code.

The use, disruption or blockage of a property is known as offenses against the property.  Theft, robbery, robbery, criminal breach of trust are examples of serious crimes against property.

If we study sections 378 to 462 of the Indian Penal Code, then we will find that crimes like theft, robbery, robbery go on in sequence.  For example, robbery becomes robbery with the involvement of some things and robbery becomes robbery with the involvement of some elements.  However robbery and robbery can also occur directly.

There are three essential elements of theft such that the property must be movable.  It is necessary to remove the property from its location.  The third element is the possession of another person over the property.

There is no element like theft, intimidation, fear in Section 378 and theft anywhere.

 How theft becomes robbery

There is a difference between theft and robbery.  Section 390 of the Indian Penal Code states that all forms of robbery are either theft or abetment.  For how theft becomes loot, we have to understand loot.

A robbery is robbery if the offender commits the fear of killing a person for that purpose or voluntarily or for obstructing the intent to commit or to take away the property obtained from that theft.  Is or attempts to do so.

That is, where there were no elements like theft, fear of killing, fear of killing, they are found here in loot.  In this way, theft when robbery includes elements like intimidation, guilt and fear, then it becomes loot.

Many such cases are seen that less than five people came somewhere with the intention of stealing, but after seeing the owner of the property, the thieves beat the owner and threatened to kill him.  Although the perpetrators did not have a prior plan to commit violence or threaten it, the theft now turns into robbery due to this theft and violence with the owner of the property, obstruction and intimidation.

Likewise, when five or more people rob together, it is a robbery.  The robbery is explained in Section 391 of the Indian Penal Code.  This section states that

Whereas five or more people together rob or attempt to rob and the persons who are present there and commit such robbery or try or help in doing so and their total number is five or more  It is said that every such person commits robbery.

It is clear that if five or more people loot together, it is called robbery.  In simple words, we can say that as soon as there are five or more people in the robbery group, this loot turns into a robbery.

There are some circumstances in which theft, robbery and robbery turn into.  These crimes against property run in a sequence and a theft turns into a robbery and a robbery.  However, robbery and robbery can also happen directly, and robbery does not necessarily result in robbery and robbery turns into robbery.  There are incidents of robbery in broad daylight.  Similarly, the bandits committed robbery in groups of five or more in deserted houses, in buses and in trains.  Many such incidents have come to light.

 This is the whole case

On Sunday, two students studying engineering in private college of Meerut reached Priyanka Yadav and Malvika Shah Kaiserbagh bus base to go from Lucknow to Meerut at 2.30 pm.  At around two o'clock when she arrived to sit on her seat in a simple bus going to Meerut, the bus operator asked her to take the ticket.  After which he asked the website to book online tickets.

But the operator refused to sit in the bus, saying that there was no online booking of the bus.  After which the student Priyanka Yadav complained to the bus stop officials.  He showed the confirmed message of ticket booking on his mobile.  In which both the seats number 17 and 18 were booked in the name of Priyanka Yadav and Malvika Shah on PNR number 1403261600001.

The ticket fare of both was also charged 880 rupees.  The departure time of the bus from the bus station was also half past two.  Not only this, UPSRTC helpline bar and bus station contact information was also clearly given in the message.  Due to which the officers also got confused about how this could happen.
